Profile

Over the past seven years, I have designed and developed hundreds of web sites, e-learning projects and Rich Internet Applications. My clients have ranged from small start-ups to multinational corporations including Dell, Disney, Rolex, Home Depot, Infiniti, Mercedes-Benz, Home Hardware, Toyota, Bayer, Nissan, Hyatt, Albertsons and many others. I have worked with a variety of teams ranging from solo projects to group efforts involving hundreds of members, having the opportunity to lead teams of developers on many occasions. I managed the Calgary Flash User Group for four years, providing members the opportunity to connect with each other and share their knowledge, experience, and love of Flash. I am recognized by managers, colleagues, and peers as a personable, dedicated performer who demonstrates innovation, communication, and teamwork to ensure quality, timely project completion.

Professional Experience

Flash Developer (Contractor), SAIT Polytechnic; Calgary, AB — 2010 – Present
Developed online training modules and laboratory simulations with the guidance of experienced course instructors.

Lead Flash Developer (Contractor), Critical Mass; Calgary, AB — 2010
Worked on the Nissan and Infiniti accounts, leading the Flash development team, to upgrade and improve existing projects and implement new and innovative solutions to market upcoming vehicle launches.

Sr. Software Developer, RenoWorks Software; Calgary, AB — 2007 – 2010
Designed and developed award winning visualization software and web applications geared towards the home remodeling industry. Clients included Home Hardware, Lowes, CertainTeed, HGTV, Overhead Door & Richards-Wilcox.

Sr. Flash Developer, Rare Method; Calgary, AB — 2006 – 2007
Developed e-learning and marketing web sites, games and Rich Internet Applications for Toyota, Bayer, Travel Alberta, Glenbow Museum, Ontario Lottery Group, Telefilm Canada and more.
